Ms. Xinxin SHAN has master degree in psychology. She is currently the deputy director of preschool education department, teaching researcher, and senior teacher (deputy senior) of preschool education in Longgang District Teacher Development Center in Shenzhen. She has received the Second Prize of National Basic Education Teaching Achievement. She is the programme expert of National Training Programme – Distance Training Project for Key Kindergarten Teachers, the host of Guangdong Outstanding Teacher Studio, the expert member of Preschool Education Committee of Guangdong Primary and Secondary School Teacher Development Center, the expert member of Steering Committee of Guangdong Preschool Education Teacher Training Center, the first batch of teaching and research experts and the host of the Expert Studio of the Shenzhen Preschool Education Nursery Project, the holder of the first prize of the Shenzhen Basic Education Teaching Achievement, the education inspector in Shenzhen, the Shenzhen High-level Talent, the host of the outstanding teacher studio in Longgang district, the expert of education and sciences in Longgang District, the talent in Longgang District, and the host of the outstanding teacher studio in Longgang District.
She was the instructor of training for primary school principals, key teachers, kindergarten principals, business principals, key teachers, childcare practitioners, and healthcare practitioners in 20 regions including Shaanxi, Shanxi, Gansu, Inner Mongolia, Fujian, Hubei, Guangdong, and Jiangxi. More than 200 professional training sessions have been conducted and more than 30 kindergarten teacher training courses have been developed.
In the past five years, she has presided over five educational planning projects in national, provincial, municipal, and district-level. She has published twelve academic papers, two sets of teaching materials as chief editor, two sets of teaching materials as co-editor, one set of professional training books as chief editor, and two training books as co-editor (published fourteen books).
